CLiMB is Pearls of Hope’s fitness, health and wellness class for women and girls 14 and
up. Dr. Laila Akhter provides nutrition, exercise and wellness support in order to achieve
and maintain a healthy weight. Exercise classes are entirely online via Google Meets
and offered 5 times per week. Each semester has a theme and guest speakers to keep
the program informative and fun. Sisters in the class bond over the WhatsApp group by
doing challenges for prizes and supporting each other’s efforts.
Mondays 7:00 – 7:30 am CST online Cardio & Strength Training
Tuesdays 10:00 – 10:30 am CST online Cardio & Strength Training
Wednesdays 7:00 – 7:30 am CST online (Mindful Movement Day: Tai Chi, Yoga and stretching)
Thursdays 10:00 – 10:30 am CST online Cardio & Strength Training
Fridays 7:00 – 7:30 am CST online Cardio & Strength Training
All classes are online via Google Meets so you can exercise from the convenience of your own home! You can invite your family members living on the east coast or west coast to join CLiMB with you; we’ve had several sisters join from different states.
