Welcome to our new class for sisters.
The class will focus on
- Healthy nutrition to lose weight
- Simple exercises to make maintaining a healthy weight easier
- Discussions on how to improve our everyday choices and habits
- Sisterhood for encouragement and accountability
Stretch band use is easy to do and can increase our muscle weight which
- Improves our metabolism
- Helps us burn more calories even at rest
- Helps decrease our fat weight
- Is easy to do and appropriate for all ages young and old
Walking likewise is something that is easy which everyone can do
