Welcome to our new class for sisters.

The class will focus on

  • Healthy nutrition to lose weight
  • Simple exercises to make maintaining a healthy weight easier
  • Discussions on how to improve our everyday choices and habits
  • Sisterhood for encouragement and accountability

Stretch band use is easy to do and can increase our muscle weight which

  • Improves our metabolism
  • Helps us burn more calories even at rest
  • Helps decrease our fat weight
  • Is easy to do and appropriate for all ages young and old

Walking likewise is something that is easy which everyone can do
